MASH PIT will offer the following services:

  • Pre-event Analysis: Before the show begins, we will asses the venue for potential hazards and create a service plan for the event
  • Table Service: We will offer patrons basic, self serve needs (ear protections, aspirin, bandages, water, etc.)
  • Basic Life Support or Advanced Life Support: We will offer either service as needed by the music patron
  • Needs Analysis: Determine the level of injury and treatment needed per patron
  • Coordinate with EMS: Assess severity of injury and coordinate with local emergency medical resources
  • Education of Patrons: Educate patrons on basic self care issues (hydration, sun protection and such)
  • Medical Service Experience: Offer real world experience and training to our volunteers

MASH PIT will typically have between 1 and 5 directors and 10 to 50 employees on-site for management, training and providing patient care. Certified volunteers (MDs, RNs, Paramedics and EMTs) will be in attendance providing a variety of medical and communications services. The number of staff and volunteers present will vary with the type and size of venue, how many days the event takes place, and how many patrons will be in attendance.
